Speed Reader - Great for getting reading done quickly, given the reading is in a format from which you can copy and paste (not using a xerox machine and glue).

Dropbox - A FREE online cross-platform (Windows, Linux, Mac) file storage and synchronization service which offers 2gb of storage and a desktop client to allow seamless file usage.  I love it, great for working on projects on my laptop in the library and desktop at home.  Also allows sharing of files.

OverheardAtUmbc.net - A visitor fueled site of overheard quotes around UMBC. Funny quotes make readers wonder what the context could have possibly been.
